Ingredients (Dairy & Dairy-Free Options)
- 8 oz freshly brewed strong coffee (dark roast) or 2 shots espresso + hot water to 8 oz
- 2 Tbsp Spiced Apple Syrup (recipe below)
- 4–6 oz steamed milk or barista oat/almond/coconut milk
- Whipped cream or coconut whipped cream (optional)
- Pinch ground cinnamon for topping
Instructions
- Brew coffee (or pull espresso and top with hot water).
- Stir in Spiced Apple Syrup. (recipe below)
- Steam milk (or gently warm dairy-free milk) and pour in.
- Top with whipped cream; dust with cinnamon.
Spiced Apple Syrup (Dairy-Free Friendly!)
(Yields ~1 cup ≈ 8–10 drinks)
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider (or 100% apple juice)
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp ground)
- 2 whole cloves (optional)
- 1 thin slice fresh ginger (optional)
- Pinch salt 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Simmer cider, sugars, spices, and salt 5–7 min; stir to dissolve.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool, strain, bottle.
- Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
